Rebecca Oldani

Rebecca Oldani is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 43 years of experience.  She received her BSN from the University of the State of New York. She received her ER/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner certification from University of Alabama in 1980 in the first class of NP's in that speciality. She received her Masters at Syracuse University and became board certified in 1996. She has experience in ER, Urgent Care, Women's Health, Primary Care as well as free clinics and refugee clinics. She started the Prescott Health Clinic in 2011 to address the need for low cost convenient care in our community.

Kitty Garner

Kitty Garner retired from a twenty-three year career as a Police Dispatcher. In 2002 she accepted the position of office administrator for the Yavapai College Health Center where she became a valued member of the clinic staff. Kitty joined the Prescott Health Clinic at it's inception and is a valued member of the team. 





Debra Hiller

Debra Hiller is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 35 years experience. She holds a Masters Degree from Arizona State University and was certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1978 by the University of Arizona. Debra has extensive experience in primary care including 35 years at the Prescott Veterans Administration as a primary care provider. Debra takes pride in serving our nation's military and continues to work for Logistics Health Inc. providing periodic health assessments for the service members. Debra is pleased to join the Prescott Health Clinic to provide quality, affordable healthcare to our community.

Colleen Speidell

Colleen Speidell is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. Her initial degree was a Nursing Diploma (RN) in 1975. She went on to get her BSN in Nursing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1979; and then her Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing in 1993 as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Parent-Child Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. While practicing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Yuma, Arizona, she obtained her Post Master’s Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Arizona State University in 1996. She became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner 12/1/1996 and started working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Yuma. She relocated to Prescott in 2011 and has been working at Prescott Health Clinic since January,2020.
